MEET PATRICIA WRIGHT
As a lifelong educator, Patricia Wright is the executive director emerita of the New Jersey Principals and Supervisors Association (NJPSA). Pat is the developer of the Connected Action Roadmap (CAR), a comprehensive and coherent model of school improvement based on her work as a teacher, reading specialist, assistant principal, principal, and superintendent. Pat is currently a senior consultant for NJPSA and the Foundation for Educational Administration (FEA), and presents frequently on issues related to CAR, PLCs, school leadership, and school culture and climate.
